Our general programming is comprised of both One-on-One and Group Sessions. We encourage you to try both. Each can be deeply healing in their own way. Individual presence and attention is the distinguishing feature of a one-on-one session. In a group session, the experience of being in a space with other people dealing with health challenges - either personally or through their caregiving role - fosters a sense of connection and belonging.
One-on-One and Group Sessions are offered in the following Categories:
Art, Music, Creativity sessions encompass expressive modalities that generate creative energy as a healing force for mind, body, heart and spirit.
Body Work sessions use a hands-on touch that may involve the manual manipulation of soft body tissues to enhance health and well-being.
Energy Healing sessions work to balance the whole person and stimulate the body's own natural healing ability through hands-on or hands-off touch.
Health, Wellness & Nutrition sessions facilitate the self-discovery process and empower a person to take the lead in their healing journey.
Meditation, Imagery & Inner Practice sessions include modalities that calm the mind, open the heart and relax the body with the intention of healing.
Mind-Body-Spirit Healing sessions are designed to enhance the mind's powerful impact on the body and spirit.
Movement & Guided Practice modalities use the body, breath, and senses to reconnect a person with their body, mind, heart and spirit.
Transformation through Change, Grief & Loss sessions give a person tools and resources to experience healing in the midst of challenging or complex situations.
