6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

This workshop will focus on maintaining, redefining, and exploring sexuality through chronic pain, illness, cancer, and other conditions that affect the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of sexuality. We will discuss ways to reconnect with your sexual self, increase desire, and holistically care for yourself when it comes to arousal and sexual practices as individuals or in partnered relationships.

Topics will include lubricants, position enhancers, and sex toy use – all of which can make sexual activities more comfortable, pleasurable, and possible. We’ll also touch on the mental and emotional impact that physical issues can have on desire, body image, and sexual relationships with self and other.

The Smitten Kitten works with folks from all walks of life to achieve healthy and pleasurable sex lives through education, sex toys and supplies, and providing resources. Sarah E. Mueller, Lead Education and Research Developer at the Smitten Kitten, will be facilitating this class and bringing her expertise on personal lubricant safety, sex and aging, sex and cancer treatment, and more. Sarah also invites any questions you may bring to the experience.

Suggested speaker fee of $10 payable day of event.
